Food Sources For Heathy Hair

1.   Protein:
 Food Source for Proteins  are tofu (soy protein), fish, eggs, lentils, and chicken.
2.   Minerals:
                  Food Source for Minerals  are Leafy, green vegetables
3.   Zinc:
                  Food Source for Zinc  are meat, eggs and seafood
4.   Iron:
